UPA was appointed for the role of Architectural / Engineering Design review/ approval and Site supervision for Design and Build Contract and had worked together with the Client and D&B Contractor on the design development, followed by construction supervision for completely new offices spaces of 9 floors within “Shell and Core” Tower. Proper transfers were carried out from the old headquarter, by delicate planning of the function to enable the operation of the new offices to continue with minimum operational breakage.
