UPA had been invited among many international Consultants specialized in Educational Planning and Design. UPA had submitted complete study for the University planning and cost estimate, which was the best study and selected by the Client to be appointed as Lead Consultant for the role of complete master planning and design to develop Architectural/Engineering services to issue Tender Document on basis of LEED Gold, comprising five colleges, with main administration, cultural, social and recreational, with sports facilities, along with Veterinary Hospitals, and barns to serve the related colleges. Accommodation for students and staff are provided with Residential villas for top staff members, on site of more than 1,000,000 sq.m. Task had been accomplished and the Tender Documents had been delivered.
