The scope as Lead Consultant is for the Design and Supervision services for renovation of existing laboratory center with construction of new offices, with Furniture Fit-out and equipment along with redesign of all electrical and mechanical installation to comply with the new requirements. That had been followed by Interior Design and selection of materials. The project is to be developed in two phases by delicate planning to enable the operation with minimum breakage, design stage had been completed to starting construction soon.
