UPA as Lead Consultant had developed master planning for Industrial compound for Industrial Zone comprising sheds for Factories, Stores and Multiple usage, along with show room and offices of around 250,000 sqm built-up area, on plot of around 500,000 phase-1 design had been completed for architectural / engineering with Infrastructure Engineering and Buildings had been completed, with supervision had been completed and handed-over.
