Royal Towers

The original concept Design was developed in Architectural competition of sail forms utilizing the maximum benefit for the view of the site surrounding. UPA had been appointed as Sub Consultant for design development. UPA had been requested to develop the function to be serviced apartments and hotel towers, instead of original design for Hotel & offices towers. Master Planning and Schematic Design Stage had been completed and delivered.
