Within the Private place compound, UPA had been appointed as Lead Consultant to develop the accommodation block for Escorts, comprising single bedrooms of different categories for staff and the related lounge and dining area with its kitchen facilities. Two concept options were developed by UPA, that had been further developed for complete Architectural/Engineering Consultancy including Tender Documentations, followed by construction supervision, that had been successfully completed and handed over.
