UPA was appointed as Supervision Lead Consultant by the Client for Architectural/Engineering completion consultancy services in Abu Dubai, for project designed by others. comprising single tower for residential flats, with basement levels for underground parking. Complete. Façade Treatment and Internal Spaces had been re-designed with selection of new materials were developed by UPA as well. Task had been accomplished, and construction had been completed and handed over to be successfully operational.
