The project is Accommodation facility for the Trainee for learning Center of Sclumberger in Al-Shawamekh Area, Abu Dhabi to accommodate 500 Trainee as 4-star hotel, with all related facilities, including restaurant, cafeteria, lounge, indoor Multipurpose sports hall, Library in addition to outdoor recreational facilities with swimming pool. UPA was invited as Lead Consultant to work together with construction Contractor to develop design & Build Project, based on a winning Architectural competition, UPA has submitted the first stage of design for concept stage, to be ready to issue the Tender Documents.
