Complete Architectural/ Engineering Supervision for the main club house, main gate house and related outdoor facilities. That had been extended to cover the changes done for the requirements of original design after completion to allow for certain functions, together with furnishing task. That had been even extended to allow for enhancement of the already constructed and delivered spaces after operational, together with the design of new expansion required to the clubhouse. UPA was appointed as Lead Consultant for Master Planning and Architectural/Engineering. The task was completed and the project was handed over.
