For the program of school renovation in Abu Dhabi, UPA in the role of Lead Consultant had been appointed for the first year, to issue the complete design and tender documents for Design and Build Contractors for the renovation of 10 school, that shall consider complete changes in the facades and the all internal finishes, MEP systems to provide modern look and to comply with up to date technology for best operation and safety to the students and teachers, along with carry on structural assessment, to support the existing structures if required. Internal modifications and some additional new structures were added to be in line with above principles. Task had been accomplished and the Tender Documents had been delivered. The construction Supervision started for nine schools to be within the available budget, and Construction was completed and handed over.
