UPA as Lead Consultant had developed the design, followed by construction supervision that had comprised all types of functions of the club, within existing spaces inside the club, and extended structures. Proper transfers were carried out from the old parts of the existing club and external landscape. The project had been further developed for upgrading of certain areas, then change of functions of other areas in order to create new functions such as “Music Institute” that requires proper materials and details for acoustical reasons
