Part of complete master planning and design of Phase 2, UPA was appointed as Lead Consultant for Master Planning and Architectural/Engineering Consultancy for special building to provide training for Music, Arts, fashion, photography and crafts, with auditorium, library, and many studios and galleries, of total built up area is 7,000 sq.m. with complete landscape, parking, when the task was completed and delivered.
