The inspiration for design of Russian School in Abu Dhabi, had been derived from our works in Moscow, Russia for VGIK University, known as Gerasimov S.A. Institute of Cinematography, the first film university in the world founded in 1919 in Moscow, were our works for the auditorium was inside the new university wing, and the design and construction was started in 2016 to be completed in 2019. UPA with its sister company UPA Italia had designed the first digitally controlled variable acoustic auditorium in Moscow
