After design completion of Phase 2, the subject had been changed to develop design of one building including, Sports Academy, Administration and Grandstand, of total built up are of 14,000 sq.m. with complete landscape, parking with beach and artificial Lagoon, UPA was appointed as Lead Consultant for Master Planning and Architectural/Engineering Consultancy, when the task was completed and delivered. And the Construction was handed Over.
