The unique project was developed in its form and architectural façade reflecting its main function of exploring oil from sea/ocean as well as the deserts, by using their special means of transportations ships or trucks, which were the basis of the design. UPA was appointed as Lead Consultant for the project comprises of three levels for training facilities containing classrooms. Laboratories and other spaces for research facilities with the common areas. In addition, outdoor deck areas are provided for training as well. Very long, wide and deep (100x30x12.5m) pool is provided for Marine training with complete sets of equipment. The project was completed and handed over.
