The scope as Lead Consultant is for the Design and Supervision services for completely new offices spaces and Central Laboratories with Furniture Fit-out and equipment along with redesign of all electrical and mechanical installation to comply with the new requirements. The project was developed within “Shell and Core” Building after finalizing the design and layout. Proper transfers plan had been developed to enable the operation of the new offices, design stage had been completed along with construction, and currently the project in the transfer stage.
