This 30-bed general hospital was designed to be expandable to 60 Bed located in the Emirates of Ajman for the Ministry of Public Works. UPA as Lead Consultant in partnership with General Planning (GP) of Italy was responsible for the medical planning, Architectural / Engineering with Medical Equipment, Furniture and Interior design with landscape and UPA took sole responsibility for site supervision activities. The construction had been completed, and the Hospital was handed over and operational.
