To enhance the hospitality services in the Western Region, Abu Dhabi, UAE, Jinan Hotel and Hospitality Company planned to develop 80 rooms,4-star hotel supported by 30 one bed room and 3 bed room chalets within the area that is completely planted site. UPA was appointed as Master Planner Lead Consultant for the project is to design Green building for environment friendly structure, utilizing the up to date green technology and recycled materials in a very traditional design to create a fully integrated environment.
