Hotel of Mixed Use Development

The best location of all Al-Reem island, part of shams Abu Dhabi Project to develop Mix-Use Development Comprising Mall, Residential towers, office towers and hotel resort in addition to the required underground parking on 140,000 m2 plot. The winning competition was further developed for the concept design stage. UPA who was involved in the original design, was appointed as Master Planning Advisor. The Master Planning and schematic design stages had been completed.
